Kesar

Kesar mango, the 'Queen of Mangoes,' hails from the Gir region of Gujarat. Its name comes from its saffron-hued (kesar-colored) pulp that offers a sweet, aromatic experience. Grown in the foothills of Girnar around Junagadh, Kesar mangoes are GI-tagged and cherished for their smooth texture, minimal fiber, and rich aroma. They are excellent for aamras, milkshakes, ice cream, and fresh consumption.
